Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Warminster is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Warminster and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK pharmacy law.

We reserve the right to decline a request for treatment if, in the clinical judgement of our pharmacist or prescriber, the service is not appropriate for you. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended and, where applicable, reported to the relevant authorities.
All prescription medications are dispensed only following a clinical review by a qualified prescriber. A valid prescription must be issued before any prescription-only medicine (POM) is dispensed.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee the issuance of a prescription. We do not accept prescriptions from third parties or from outside the UK.
Prescription records are retained in accordance with legal requirements and may be shared with your GP or other healthcare professionals where clinically necessary or required by law.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider.
We do not store your full card details on our systems. If a payment is declined or a chargeback is raised without valid reason, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your registered UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where applicable.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and the order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance with Regulation 28 of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed, regardless of the outcome.
The information provided through our service is for healthcare purposes only and does not replace personalised medical advice from your GP or a specialist. You are encouraged to inform your GP of any medication prescribed through our service.
Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects. It is your responsibility to read all patient information leaflets provided with your medication and to contact us or seek emergency medical attention if you experience any adverse effects.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how your data is collected, used, and protected.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
